Your journey always starts with registration via our website. We then schedule a first consultation (intake consultation) to discuss and assess your personal situation. From there, we guide you step by step: from investigations to treatment and aftercare. We take the time to understand your situation and draw up a treatment plan that suits your situation.

Preparing for your intake

We ask you to prepare for the intake consultation. You can find more information about preparing on the registration page.
Intake consultation

During the first consultation (intake consultation), we discuss and assess your personal situation. We will carry out the first investigations straight away.
Additional investigations

Depending on your personal situation, we carry out additional investigations. As soon as we have all the necessary information, we draw up a personal treatment plan.
Second consultation

During the second consultation, we discuss your personal treatment plan. Your treating doctor goes through the whole procedure with you and answers any questions.

Our fertility care

Ovulation induction (OI)

During this treatment, ovulation is stimulated / induced with hormones to increase the chance of natural conception.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

During this treatment, prepared sperm cells are placed into the uterine cavity through the vagina and cervix using a thin tube.

IUI with donor sperm (KID)

This IUI treatment with donor sperm offers an option for intended parent(s) who want or need to fulfil their wish to have a child with the help of a donor.

In vitro fertilisation (IVF)

During this treatment, eggs and prepared sperm cells are brought together in the laboratory so that fertilisation can take place spontaneously.

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)

During this treatment, a single selected sperm cell is injected directly into an egg in the laboratory to promote fertilisation.

ROPA method: shared IVF

During this treatment, an egg from one partner is fertilised through IVF and then transferred as an embryo to the uterus of the other partner.

High-tech surrogacy

This treatment (HTDM) offers a solution for intended parents who are unable to carry a pregnancy, by transferring an embryo to a surrogate.

Fertility assessment

We investigate the possible causes of why you are not getting pregnant. This is also called an initial fertility assessment (Oriënterend Fertiliteitsonderzoek, OFO).

Semen analysis

We assess the quality of the sperm by evaluating the number, motility and shape of the sperm cells (semen).

Ovulation detection & prediction

We examine your cycle to see when you ovulate and try to predict on which days you are most fertile.

Egg freezing

Egg freezing is a treatment in which we retrieve eggs from your ovaries, freeze them and store them for later use. This is also called egg vitrification.

Sperm freezing

Sperm freezing is a treatment in which sperm cells are frozen and stored for later use. This is also called sperm cryopreservation.
