We are available to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that you can also reach us outside regular opening hours if you have an acute problem.
When should you call the emergency line?
For medical questions that cannot wait 24 hours, such as:
Acute abdominal pain after egg retrieval or in early pregnancy;
Fever after treatment;
Severe OHSS symptoms;
Heavy bleeding, for example in early pregnancy;
Medication taken incorrectly or running out of medication;
If you are in doubt or have serious symptoms.
If, unexpectedly, you cannot reach us and your problem cannot wait until the next day, please contact your GP, go to the hospital or call 112. Always tell them that you are being treated by us, which treatment you are having and which stage of the treatment you are in.
Emergency line
Each location has its own emergency line outside our regular opening hours , staffed by the fertility specialist on duty.
