As a gynaecologist, you are medically responsible for the Gorinchem location and fulfil a medical supervisory role within a regional network of gynaecologists. Together, you safeguard continuity of care and contribute to the further development of fertility care within Nij Clinics.

You hold clinics, draw up treatment plans and oversee their implementation. In doing so, you work with fertility doctors, nurses and medical assistants who contribute to the treatment process under your supervision.

The focus is on consultations, diagnostics and support throughout fertility treatment.
For treatments, you work with the laboratory in Elsendorp and Wolvega, while you retain overall responsibility for your patients.

Within Nij Clinics, you work closely with fellow gynaecologists and medical management to further improve care processes and protocols.

You are a good fit for us if you...

  • preferably have a subspecialisation in reproductive medicine, or the ambition to obtain one
  • take responsibility for medical quality within a location (of your own)
  • are able to inspire, connect and coach healthcare professionals
  • enjoy working in a dynamic, national and international environment
  • are driven to continuously safeguard and further develop the quality of care

What Nij Clinics offers you:

  • A medical supervisory role within a specialist fertility clinic
  • 27 hours per week in day shifts with a predictable schedule and on-call and weekend shifts on a rota basis, giving you a stable work-life balance
  • Ultimate medical responsibility for the Gorinchem location within a regional network of gynaecologists within Nij Clinics
  • Close collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and with fellow gynaecologists and (medical) management
  • Room for professional growth, subspecialisation and scientific development within an international organisation (FutureLife Group)
  • Salary in line with the AMS (terms of employment for medical specialists): €8,694 – €15,090 per month based on 45 hours
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 net per km
