Change to delivery of refrigerated medication from 1 February

Nij Clinics works with Serpha to deliver (refrigerated) medication to your home. Serpha has informed us that from 1 February PostNL is changing the way refrigerated medication is shipped and delivered.

What is changing?

• Medication will no longer be sent in the (refrigerated) purple boxes.
• From now on, PostNL will collect the medication in a refrigerated van and keep it cool all the way to your door.

What does this mean for the delivery time?

• You can no longer choose a delivery time slot yourself.
• You can still choose a delivery day.
• You will then receive a 3-hour time slot the evening before delivery or on the morning of delivery within which PostNL will deliver.

We understand that this may take some getting used to and that it is less flexible than before. This change is being introduced by PostNL; Serpha and Nij Clinics depend on their delivery process.
